Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours after being placed.
Shipping Method:
We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days).
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Packaging:
All products ship in their original packaging. Orders are carefully prepared to help ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. Any additional shipping fees (including those for Alaska or Hawaii) will be applied as necessary.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Policy (Eligible Items)
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item must be brand new and unused.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Built-to-Order Saws – Final Sale
All built-to-order saws are custom products and are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of the build process. We do not resell used custom-built devices.
If you ordered a saw by mistake, cancellation may be requested within 72 hours of purchase. If approved:
- A full refund will be issued minus transaction processing fees.
After 72 hours, all saw sales are final and production will proceed.
Portedsaws.com reserves the right to approve cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Approved cancellations may include:
- Deduction of payment processing fees
- A minimum 20% restocking fee
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Built-to-order saws
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is inspected. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to original payment method.
- Transaction fees and return shipping will be deducted.
- Bank processing times may vary.
LIMITED WARRANTY (BUILT-TO-ORDER SAWS)
All built-to-order saws include a 90-day limited warranty covering port work only.
This warranty covers:
- Defects directly related to improper port work
- Missed quality control issues
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by operation or misuse
- Improper handling
- Modifications made after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways for warranty service. Portedsaws.com reserves the right to repair, replace, or cancel and refund at its discretion. To initiate a claim, contact support@portedsaws.com with your order number and details.
